Ok, so I am still lagging behind and still playing catch-up but following my birthday last weekend, when I spent two whole days in the enjoyable company of my family, I had a concerted effort to make the 'special' cards I needed for family and close friends, not forgetting the one I wanted to make for the Chocolate Baroque competition. 

Having finished them I am now free to concentrate on organising the household for Christmas. Present shopping was completed by the beginning of November (do I hear moans from somewhere) so that just leaves housework, washing and shopping for food nearer the time. I know this sounds almost  anal, but we do have the decorator descending on Monday to paint the lounge following the completion of the extension.
